About us
itTrident is a growing software development services company in the emerging digital transformation space. It was founded in November 2011 in Chennai, India as a small software testing services company with five people; the success and recognition received from the early projects convinced the founders to diversify and expand. We are an ISO 9001:27001 Certified Software Services Company. Today, it has about seventy-five direct employees in Chennai, India and USA working on different technologies and domains.
In keeping with the market trends, and confident of its success in the testing domain, the company diversified into software development work. At a time, when license costs were increasing, the use of open-source (FOSS) platforms was increasing and itTrident forayed into Open-Source based development work, acquiring expertise in the front-end, middleware and the back end (Database) platforms. It also identified Devops, the backbone of all organizations, as an area of importance.
itTrident caters to customers in Europe, USA, Canada, Middle East, and APAC regions. It takes pride in being a company that is SMALL in SIZE, but BIG in CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.

Senthil Kumar M
Founder & Director
Senthil is an engineering graduate from Anna University. He worked for about 3 years as a software tester and picked up the nuances in the short time. As colleagues, Senthil and Ganesan shared their ambition, values and principles and found a lot in common. The two wanted to deliver value, and quality at cost effective rates. Their personal values, and perspectives concurred on many fronts.
He is the founder of Testing Solutionz, a company specializing in all aspects of software testing. His journey as an entrepreneur started early, but today he is happy that he did so.
Ganesan B
Co-founder & CEO
Ganesan has a bachelor’s and a master's degree in mechanical engineering and both from Anna University. His interest in the then exploding information technology field, drew him to accept a job as a software tester. He worked for about 9 years in various domains and acquired strong skills in all aspects of software testing. He and his colleague Senthil decided to start a company focussing only on software testing. They had a clear mandate to deliver a thoroughly tested product free of bugs. They also wanted to give employment to the ‘soft, meek and shy’ people who could not get into big roles because of their limitations.
He is the Co-founder of Testing Solutionz, the company was renamed as itTrident. At present, the company has branched into software development services too. Looking back, he feels the journey had its ups and downs and being a first-generation entrepreneur, challenges were formidable. Yet, with focus, determination and commitment the company is about seventy-five members strong and many of the associates have been with the organization for years.
Bharathraj R
Delivery Head
Bharathraj is an electrical and electronics engineer also from Anna University. He started his career as a tester of IC chips and found it interesting. Later, he branched into pure software testing and worked with various customers for about 8 years. He joined itTrident and grew up the ranks to become a delivery and QA head. He is a people person and is a ‘hands-on’ manager.
He takes his pride in doing what it takes to keep his team happy. Even today, he can be seen testing an application along with his team.
